How do I start on Free?
Run the free AI visibility check on your domain and create an account from the completed result. Agencies can create a workspace directly with their first client site. Neither route asks for a card.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Request Growth or Agency and we will arrange the subscription and activate your workspace. Card checkout is being prepared. Existing accounts keep their data when the plan changes.
What is included in a weekly check?
Growth and Agency track up to 15 questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Google results can have no AI box. Rialto shows that separately from an answer that did not cite the site.
What are the usage limits?
Each paid site has 600 engine calls, 20 drafts, four news sweeps and 20 extractions per calendar month. One question sent to one engine uses one engine call. Additional provider research is subject to the project spending limits shown in the app.
What does an agency subscription cost?
Agency is EUR 99 per client site per month with a minimum of three sites, so the starting monthly total is EUR 297 before VAT. Each client site gets its own paid allowance. Team seats are unlimited.
Is white label included?
Client dashboards currently carry Rialto branding. Custom branding and dashboards on your own domain are planned and are not included in the current offer.
Can I pay annually?
The published annual offer is two months free: EUR 1,490 for Growth or EUR 990 per agency site, before VAT. Agency starts at three sites. Annual subscriptions are arranged with us while card checkout is being prepared.
Can I export my data?
Site event data can be exported as CSV. Read-only client links and team roles let you share access without handing over your own sign-in.
