Clear terms for a shared workspace.
These terms govern access to Rialto, including project dashboards, connected services, shared links, audits, reports and AI visibility features.
Effective 31 August 2026
Access follows the role granted
Owners can manage projects and connections. Verified viewers can open the project views included in their invitation. Anonymous share links are read-only bearer links and should be treated as confidential.
Your signed agreement comes first
If you have a signed order form, statement of work, master services agreement or data processing agreement covering Rialto, that document controls where it conflicts with these online terms.
1. Who provides Rialto
Rialto is provided by Fionn Design Limited, trading as Legency Media, an Irish company registered under company number 722903, with its principal place of business at Kilgarve North, Newtown, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Co. Galway, H54 XV58, Ireland. References to Rialto, we, us and our mean that company.
2. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, opening a private project link or using Rialto, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
Rialto provides website analytics, search and AI visibility monitoring, content and technical audits, competitor research, reports, tasks and related project tools. Features and data sources can change as the product develops. We may improve, replace or discontinue a feature, and will give reasonable notice where a material change affects a paid service.
4. Accounts, invitations and shared links
You must provide accurate account information and keep access links and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access.
A verified invitation is for the named recipient and the project role shown in the email. An anonymous share link can be opened by anyone who receives it. It is read-only, but it can expose the project views selected by the owner. Project owners are responsible for choosing appropriate views, recipients and link lifetimes, and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.
5. Customer sites and connected services
You must have permission to add the Rialto tag to a website, connect a Google property, submit a domain for analysis and upload or use project content. When connecting Search Console or Google Analytics, grant only the documented access required for the selected property. You can remove that access in Google.
You are responsible for the notices, consent choices and lawful basis needed for your own website and use of Rialto. The current data handling details are in the Privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Rialto to break the law, infringe rights, access data without permission, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, automate abusive request volumes, resell access without agreement, or analyse confidential third-party material you are not authorised to use.
7. Customer content and product rights
You retain rights in the domains, content, questions, instructions and other material you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyse and display that material to operate the service. Rialto, its software, interface, methods, documentation and branding remain ours or our licensors'. Feedback may be used to improve Rialto without an obligation to pay for it.
8. Third-party services and AI output
Rialto can rely on Google, Cloudflare, Resend, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, DataForSEO and other services identified in the Privacy policy. Their availability and output can change independently of Rialto.
Search results, AI answers, citations, content recommendations and audit findings are evidence and guidance. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Rialto does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, revenue, legal compliance or a particular engine response. You should verify material business, legal, financial and publishing decisions.
9. Fees and plans
Plan limits, fees, billing periods and renewal terms are those shown when you subscribe or in the signed commercial agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are not refundable after the paid period begins. We may change public pricing for a future renewal with reasonable notice.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep Rialto available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits and changes to third-party websites or APIs can interrupt features. Support commitments in a signed agreement take precedence over this section.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rialto and can ask us to close an account or project. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees. We may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately where the breach creates serious security, legal or operational risk.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our aggregate liability arising from the affected service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. A signed agreement may set a different allocation of risk.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives an individual the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes to a paid service will be notified through the product, by email or through the account contact. Contact fionn@legencymedia.com with questions.
